The pop punk nostalgia fest When We Were Young took place in Las Vegas over the weekend, and a lot of festival goers went home with typos on their official merch.
Fans took to social media to point out that many of the bands' names were spelled wrong on their t-shirts and sweatshirts. One of the affected bands, New Found Glory (misspelled as New And Glory) had a good laugh and even made their own limited-edition t-shirts with the misspelled name.
"If you know you know! The festival merch this weekend 'renamed' a bunch of bands which was good for a ton of laughs," they wrote on X. "And ya know what? We liked ours so much we’re considering just changing our band name."
Another affected band (The All-American Rejects misspelled as The All-Amercian Rejects) ended up dropping out of the festival a week before it took place, explaining in a statement why WWWY made it "impossible for us to continue."
